Specialist in complex web platforms
Structure, UX and TYPO3 expertise in one place.
Experience in Complex Web Environments
More than fifteen years of agency experience have taught me how to structure, prioritize and deliver complex web projects. Working with different stakeholders, tight timelines and constantly evolving requirements is part of everyday reality. The key is maintaining a clear direction and ensuring that projects move forward in a focused and reliable way.
I started my career as a graphic designer and web developer, which allows me to understand both the creative and the technical sides of digital projects. Over time, my role naturally evolved towards coordination and project-driven work: working directly with clients and stakeholders, clarifying requirements, defining priorities and timelines, and coordinating implementation teams both on-site and remotely.
I typically accompany projects from the first conversation and concept through structural and technical decisions to implementation and launch. I see websites not as a collection of individual pages, but as complex systems shaped by structure, content, technology and organisational processes.
A key advantage in my work is my technical background as a developer. This allows me to assess requirements realistically, evaluate technical possibilities and distinguish between ideas and what can actually be implemented.
I have worked extensively with TYPO3 for many years, developing custom solutions and gaining a deep technical understanding of the system — from architecture and integrations to the documentation of complex implementations. I understand the language of developers as well as the perspective of communication and design, which allows me to connect these worlds effectively.
This combination of structural thinking, technical understanding and project responsibility has gradually shifted my focus towards project and platform management. I am currently registering for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems at FFHS to further strengthen my expertise at the intersection of technology, business and digital platforms.
Today I focus on what truly makes digital projects successful: creating clarity, making sound decisions and delivering results that are both technically robust and organisationally sustainable.
What I bring
• 15+ years of experience with complex web projects
• deep technical understanding of TYPO3
• experience in structure, UX and platform architecture
• bridging communication, design and development
Clarity. Decisions. Delivery.
STRUCTURE DOESN’T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT
I have learned that digital projects rarely become complex because of the technology itself. More often, complexity arises when goals, responsibilities and priorities are not clearly defined.
That is why I start by creating clarity.
What is the actual goal of the platform? Which content belongs to it — and which intentionally does not? Who is responsible for making which decisions?
For me, structure is not bureaucracy but orientation.
I translate complexity into understandable structures, make dependencies visible and ensure that everyone involved works from the same shared understanding — from communication and design to development.
Through many years of experience in dynamic agency environments, I am used to working under time pressure, adapting to changing requirements and coordinating different stakeholders. This experience has sharpened my ability to identify risks early, prepare decisions and keep projects moving forward.
In the end, what matters is not how many meetings took place, but whether a web platform is clearly structured, content is organised in a meaningful way and the project is delivered reliably.
COMPLEX ORGANISATIONS NEED CLEAR WEB STRUCTURES
Universities and large institutions involve many stakeholders, different interests and complex content. Without clear structure and governance, websites quickly become difficult to navigate and manage.
My strength lies in structuring this complexity — organisationally, in terms of content, and technically.
